Terms and Conditions of Sale

ABCUL eLearning Standard Terms: By clicking the 'Accept' button you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

It is ABCUL's policy to treat those buying our services and products in a fair and honest way. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Payment

The course fee must be paid in full prior to the course date, either at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice. ABCUL eLearning reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time.

Prices

The prices quoted on this site and in our brochures are correct at the date of publication (that is the earliest course date published within a brochure) and for 90 days thereafter. ABCUL eLearning reserves the right to adjust these prices in order to meet their true cost outside this period. All prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Transferring Courses

If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course, they can do so up to 48 hours before the original course start date in writing by email to elearning@abcul.org. If that transfer is then cancelled and/or the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee remains payable. A delegate will only be allowed to make one transfer per course.

Cancellation of Courses

All cancellations to bookings must be received in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of a course by email to elearning@abcul.org. If a booking is cancelled between 24-48 hours, or if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee will be paid.

Refund Policy

This refund policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor face to face.
