Technical information – What will I need?

Computer Requirements

All eLearning sessions will use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to communicate. You will need to ensure that your computer or laptop has the necessary capabilities to take part in the session before you book.

To use VoIP for the eLearning courses, you will need a full duplex sound card and speakers or headset. To speak you need to have a microphone that is connected to your computer. For best results, we recommend that you use the headset which will be sent out to you providing you book your session at least 3 working days in advance of the scheduled eLearning session.
