Developing the leadership skills for developing the vision and direction of the credit union

An introductory course on the role and responsibilities of the credit union chairperson looking at managing meetings and the relationship with the CEO of the credit union.

The role of the chairperson is part manager, part leader, part facilitator and requires a range of skills and knowledge.

Using real examples, participants will explore the role and discuss specific situations that require support and clarification.
